Glutino Vanilla Creme Gluten Free Cookies

Charlotte's favorite cookies are Glutino's Vanilla Creme gluten-free cookies. They have a non-grainy consistency and are similar in taste and texture to a traditional vanilla sandwich cookie.




These are available in the majority of my local grocery stores, but you can find them on Amazon as well or just check out the link to see what the package looks like.

Each package is 10.5 ounces (300 g) and contains 21 cookies.

The ingredients: Tapioca flour, rice flour, vegetable shortening (palm oil, soybean oil, canola oil, alpha-tocopherol as an antioxidant), confectioner's sugar, cassava flour, sugar, tapioca syrup (water, corn starch, milled flax seed, egg whites, dextrose, natural vanilla flavor, soy lecithin, ammonium bicarbonate, sodium carbonate, colored with beta-carotene, xanthan gum. 

Contains: MILK, SOY, EGGS - may contain PEANUTS and TREE NUTS
